Terms of service

LudeProof is operated by LudeHQ, Larnaca, Cyprus. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.

The service records cryptographic fingerprints and trusted timestamps of files you submit, verifies files against those records, and produces analysis reports about file metadata and structure.

Evidence, not verdicts. Reports describe observations. They do not certify that any document is genuine, legally valid, or that its contents are true. You remain responsible for decisions made using the service.

Acceptable use. You may only submit files you are entitled to process. The service must not be used to launder forged documents, to harass, or to break the law of any jurisdiction.

Billing and plans. Paid plans start immediately after the trial or purchase. By subscribing, you expressly request that we start providing the service right away and acknowledge that, once the service has begun, you lose the 14 day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under EU consumer law. Availability. The service is provided as is. Paid plans carry commercially reasonable effort uptime; the Enterprise plan carries a contractual SLA.

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You can export your records and delete your account at any time. Deleting the account removes fingerprints, reports and keys within 30 days.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
