The things people ask first.
- What counts as a check?
- A check is one notarization, one verification or one signals report.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The account moves to the Free plan, which carries 5 checks a month with no end date. Nothing is charged.
- Can I cancel during the trial?
- Yes. Cancel from settings at any point during the trial and nothing is charged. Fingerprints and reports can be exported first, and the refund policy covers the rest.
